Procedure Time

Recovery

Swelling and bruising are common during the first 1–2 weeks, gradually improving as healing progresses. Most patients feel comfortable returning to work and normal daily activities within 10–14 days.

Strenuous exercise and heavy lifting should be avoided for approximately 4–6 weeks to allow for optimal healing.
